India Celebrate's Its 75th Independence Anniversary

India have celebrated its 75th Independence Day anniversary today, Monday, 15th August 2022.

The ceremony which took place at Red Fort in the federal capital New Delhi, was witnessed by the Indian Prime Minister, Nenandra Modi, the President and other top ranking military and government officials in the country.

The day was commemorated with gun salute and special prayers.

Sheikh Abdul Wahab bin Zain Al-Abidin Al-Shaibi Inaugurated As 110th Ka'abah Guardian.

In an emotional ceremony held last evening in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Abdul Wahab bin Zain Al-Abidin Al-Shaibi has been inaugurated as the new guardian of the Holy Ka’bah, following the demise of Sheikh Saleh Al Shaiba.  Sheikh Abdul Wahab, who is 78 years old, is the 110th successor of Uthman bin Talha, a revered companion of the Prophet Muhammad (May Allah be pleased with him).
