Pakistan Celebrate's Its 75th Independence Day Anniversary

Pakistan have celebrated its 75th Independence Day anniversary, its diamond jubilee, on 14 August 2022.

In the federal capital Islamabad, the day was commemorated with a 31-gun salute and 21-gun salute in the provincial headquarters.

Special prayers were also offered in mosques for peace, solidarity and prosperity for the country.

Sheikh Abdul Wahab bin Zain Al-Abidin Al-Shaibi Inaugurated As 110th Ka'abah Guardian.

In an emotional ceremony held last evening in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Abdul Wahab bin Zain Al-Abidin Al-Shaibi has been inaugurated as the new guardian of the Holy Ka’bah, following the demise of Sheikh Saleh Al Shaiba.  Sheikh Abdul Wahab, who is 78 years old, is the 110th successor of Uthman bin Talha, a revered companion of the Prophet Muhammad (May Allah be pleased with him).
