Salma Al-shehab Sentenced To 34 Years In Prison

A Saudi court has sentenced 'Salma al-Shehab to 34 years in prison along with a 34-year travel ban over tweets she posted calling for rights in the kingdom

Ruling in the case of Salma al-Shehab, who is a UK-based PhD candidate and mother of two. 

Salma al-Shehab was on holiday in Saudi Arabia in January 2021 and had planned to return to the United Kingdom when she was detained.
