Speaker of the House of Representatives Commissions Projects in Rivers State

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, have today Saturday 13th, August 2022 commissioned the new Rivers State House of Assembly quarters.
According to the Rivers state governor, he stated that the Speaker was instrumental in our getting the Paris Club refund from the Federal Government, therefore the state decided to invite him to witness what we have been able to accomplish funds.

Rt Hon Gbajabiamila also made a brief inspection visit to the newly built Port Harcourt Campus of the Nigerian Law School.

Sheikh Abdul Wahab bin Zain Al-Abidin Al-Shaibi Inaugurated As 110th Ka'abah Guardian.

In an emotional ceremony held last evening in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Abdul Wahab bin Zain Al-Abidin Al-Shaibi has been inaugurated as the new guardian of the Holy Ka’bah, following the demise of Sheikh Saleh Al Shaiba.  Sheikh Abdul Wahab, who is 78 years old, is the 110th successor of Uthman bin Talha, a revered companion of the Prophet Muhammad (May Allah be pleased with him).
